"We really enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. The views are amazing and the property is very kid-friendly. The living spaces are located beneath the upper deck, and feel more like an in-law apartment, but it was the perfect size for myself and our 4-year old. The spaces have been recently remodeled and feel very premium, like a luxury hotel. Lots of great touches like art work, books, robes, and kids toys. "Lovely spot to relax in right on the beach, views of varied beach acivies: walking, surfing, kites, jogging — and for surfers, you are right there! Park Side Cafe has really upgraded, superb bakery, excellent chef. Breakers Cafe also very good. Bookstore and library close at hand, and Mt. Tam is just across thge street with world class coastal view trails and redwoods. Stinson Beacch Market is well-stocked — including fresh vegetables — and has friendly staff members. "

"Cute and funky property. Very cozy. Well equipped. Literally steps from the beach! Pillows in bedroom are not clean and need replacing. Reported that bathroom light did not work but nobody ever came to fix it. Spacious and fenced in backyard. Bring your own wood for fireplace. Walking distance, along the beach, to town! Easy parking in front yard! Spices Ns cooking oil in kitchen! Would recommend! "

"Everything about this stay was wonderful. The location can’t be beat. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and very welcoming and comfortable. I stayed here with 9 friends for a few days and then family, including little ones, arrived for a couple days. The house worked well for adults and children. The host was easy to work with; good communication."

"Fantastic staff/team at the hotel. Stunning views of downtown SF from the marina. It’s better to look at San Francisco, than to stay there. The hotel is tucked away from the freeway and all of Berkeley’s problems. I’ve always felt safe here compared to hotels closer to the city. The heating/AC unit didn’t work in my room and it took over a day to get maintenance to fix it. "

"We appreciated the clean appearance overall. The staff were excellent in every way. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the lounge area for relaxing and playing cards. The coffee/espresso machine is a nice touch. We stayed for two days while sight seeing and waiting for our cruise. A great space to hang out between adventures! We also appreciated the restaurant attached to the hotel. Very good meals and staff. "
