"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "

"Unit was in good condition, office to collect fob was 200m from unit. 8th floor, quiet and clean. No info provided on how to regulate room temperatures. TV remote did not work. Shower quite small, but good hot water. Handy to the Oslo train station and the Opera House. "

"My daughter recommended Frogner House and it was perfect! I had a studio and for my needs it fit the bill. I’m planning on booking here again on my next visit to see my daughter and her family! Great location walking distance to most everything in Oslo! And the bus stop was nearby as well! "

"Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office "

"Compact but very comfortable apartment close to T-Bane and tram. Supermarket very nearby - great area. Very well appointed and our apartment had lovely sunlight streaming in the large windows. Comfy bed. There is a nightclub next door but once the windows were closed the noise was minimal. Keyless entry worked fine but only as we had a phone that could take international calls. Good stay - we'll be back!"

"It’s a really nice camping sight with a fun playground for kids. The apartment was spacious and clean with enough beds for all of us and a nice bathroom. If you have small kids, we recommend this space. We didn’t visit the surrounding places but we did use it as a home base for our trips into Sweden. "

"The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. "Loved it, only thing I didnt like was that i could connect to the wifi the password and network name was different from what was in the book inside the apartment. Could have had a better bed but besides those two thing it was excellent. Would highly recommended 👌. Customer service was top-tier."

"Very cozy apartment. Very nicely located about a 15 minute walk from the Oslo Central Station. This means that you can get to the apartment from the airport in about 40 minutes, which is terrific. So easy! And the restaurant downstairs (Cafe Sara which is where you pick up the keys and check in) is a great little place to have a relaxed meal or a nightcap after a long day in the beautiful city of Oslo."

"Advertised a washer and dryer but only a washer provided. Management is not on site and slow to respond to requests (takes 24 hours) and don’t always provide what is requested."

"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. Great experience every time

"This is one of my go-to hotels for business in Oslo as it is super close to the central station but still offers a very comfortable and luxurious experience. Staff is always helpful and friendly and the rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. The gym is in two rooms and is well-equipped. The spa is also lovely to enjoy after a busy day. The rooftop restaurant has great staff and great food too, and the breakfast buffet is probably one of the best ones (at least in the nordics). "

"The Staff were amazing, very helpful and responsive! The breakfast was impressive! The only thing that didn't work correctly was the fan in the bathroom, but when we requested a small fan, housekeeping immediately brought one to our room. Thank you, and I hope we get to return for another visit! "

"This was a really nice hotel situated not far from one of the main train stations so easy access to from the airport and the centre of town was walking distance. The staff will really helpful room was quality and the breakfast was awesome."
