"We spent Christmas at this wonderful home in rural Pennsylvania, and it was perfect for our family. With 8 adults, 6 kids, and a dog, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the common spaces were spacious enough for us to all gather together comfortably. "We stayed at Laceyville to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. We had a great time and the house handled all 10 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs without feeling too squishy. Cindy was a wonderful host! She left some local treats for us on the table on arrival and gave us some recommendations for activities in the area. "This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . "

We did get snowed in on the first night and our host was quick to reply and remedy the situation and had people sent to help us. "It perfect for any couple wanting to spend quality time together its so beautiful and peaceful theres plenty of room if you do have kids they have tons of extra beds and the the entertainment is a smart tv and a pool table if u need to entertain smaller kids i recommend bringing games every thing is about 30 minutes away from property but you can definitely find things to do i definitely recommend cant wait to stay again"
