"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."

Itā€™s right in the centre of Rothesay so everything is on your doorstep.Itā€™s on the second floor which was a challenge for our elderly dog but it means that you have a great view from the bay window in the living room.A previous review mentioned a lack of parking outside. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Coach house!! It was prefect for our group of 9 and our dog. Mark was a great host and was in communication with us before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described, the pool table was a huge hit. The property was very well equipped and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the heating but Mark responded immediately and it was fixed. We love to return in the future!! "
