"Bathroom sink did not have cold water. Faucet on cold water would not move. Yes I emailed front desk. Shampoo and conditioner was out. Housekeeper filled up containers. The property did not appear to be full. However, my room was in Siberia! Thru outside door, across lobby to elevator, down another corridor to another elevator and down a long corridor to last room in wing. First day we got lost every time we left our room. Several restaurants not open yet for season. Expensive stay. ...

"Could not have asked for a better weekend on one of the finest properties I’ve ever stayed. The natural environment is gorgeous, and there is no end to the amount of animals one can see through out the day."

"Surprisingly spacious basement apartment. The owners clearly put in a lot of effort to make it feel warm and inviting. It was very clean and had clearly been recently renovated. All of the furnishing were new and comfortable, and the rooms were pretty big.It's pretty far outside of of the city, near Fort Cherry HS. And up a dirt road, which was a bit tough in the snow. But maybe that's because I'm from Carolina."

"Loved my stay at this hidden gem! Scott was great, very attentive and helpful. The place is gorgeous, lots of history and decore. The breakfasts were spectacular as well, especially the Caramel French Toast: WOW! Will definitely stay here again if Im in the area."

"Older rough but quiet neighborhood. Clean older home with 2 bathrooms a big plus, comfortable beds. Would stay again! "
