Moose River Resort - 900 Sq.Ft. Ranch Chalet, Gazebo, Dock
5/5 Excellent
Warm and Cozy Alaska Experience on the River
"Wonderfully cared for, beautiful cabin right next to the Moose River. The cabin was very clean and warm. We really enjoyed our time here. The view of the frozen river when waking up from the bedroom window was amazing. The owners were very helpful during check-in to show us everything the property had to offer. Even in March, we utilized the outdoor gazebo and BBQ. The old woodstove in the cabin was enough to heat the place and then some. Nothing like wood heat to make you feel right at home, especially went it's 24 degrees outside. We stayed in three B & B homes on our 11 day trip. This was by far our favorite. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Alaska with a rustic sort of charm. Just to note, there is heating in the cabin if building a fire in the woodstove isn't your thing. "
