"Overall, my stay was decent. However, hotel management needs to be aware of when there are large groups staying at the hotel. I felt absolutely horrible for the check-in girl this morning when I went to check out as they were easily 60 to 70 people needing their luggage coordinated and she was the only one staffing the desk. And yet she was still calm and respectful and polite when she did come over to assist me with my checkout."

"Pleasantly surprised! I expected a lower-grade place for the price (I was desperate to save money after a cancelled flight). The lobby was clean and bright, and my room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed, huge TV, and great shower. Plus, free breakfast and shuttle to airport. Amazing value and convenience for a traveler who needed a quick overnight but not a ton of luxurious amenities. Exceeded my expectations."
