The room was very spacious and clean. Stefano was so inviting and helpful in answering questions about the area. He also made a suggestion for dinner nearby which was a wonderful meal. Staff very friendly and helpful. It'd have been nice to have free luggage storage, like in most other hotels - but, admittedly, the paid lockers were another example of clever design. Will definitely be back next time we're in Ferrara and will recommend to others!"

"We weren't allowed to use the pool, hot tub or sauna, priority guven to a wedding reception. Some mosquitoes were aound and Japanese beetles. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Villa was nice."
