Call them ahead of your arrival to get help transporting your luggage. They will gladly assist you, and it's not easy to find if you don't know the medina. "

What would take Dar Ba Sidi to the next level would be better upkeep of the grounds (mowing/weeding), and touch ups on some of the typical expectations of excellent accommodations such as working internal telephones (so you dont need to go to reception when you need anything), water bottles every day of your stay (not just on the first day), etc. We did enjoy our stay though :)"

"Right in the Medina close to the main square and walkable to Spanish mosque. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great with good views to the mountains. If you have suitcases you will need to hire someone to take them from parking lot to Medina as no cars in Medina and lots of sloping streets. Room is a bit small but has everything you need!"

Do not be deterred by the stairs as that is what makes the view so amazing. Very nice pool. Delicious dinner and breakfast. "

"Great location close to the square for taxi and shopping access. Rooms were typical for a riad/hotel but it was not insulated. We came in May and nights were very cold. Other than that, stay was good. Ridhwan the manager was very accommodating as well. "
