"First time at this property in Starkville but appears to be our new go to when visiting. We did have a few issues and asked about getting them addressed but we’re told maintenance wouldn’t be back until Monday. I have never understood why an operation that is 24/7/365 doesn’t have support for the same period of time. I’m sure little things observed by housekeeping or guests would be addressed during off hours. One of our examples was the hot tub was not hot, but that couldn’t be addressed...
