"A group of ladies took the train from St Louis. The train drops you off right by the hotel. I called the hotel several times and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They put robes in our room and let us check in early etc. the rooms are beautiful and there was a little kitchen area stocked with waters and coffee. The breakfast was wonderful there were plenty of options. The only thing I wished is that we would have brought cash to tip our waitress and cleaning staff."

"We were celebrating our Anniversary and this was a relaxing place. We stayed in January and despite the cold the bed and breakfast is only about .4 of a mile to restaurants etc but it is an uphill walk back to their property. We had a blast at the arcade on the same street as the restaurant.Great breakfast the next morning.with the restaurants "

"Very nicely restored older home within walking distance of downtown. Nicely furnished and maintained with newer appliances and fixtures. Everything you would need for a weekend with family and/or friends. No TV’s in the bedrooms, but I suppose on a winery trip they aren’t really required. A pleasant place to stay. "
