"Had a lovely night here in a privilege room, Initially had to change rooms as there was a problem with a window, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful and found me another room straightaway. The room felt homely and had great views across the river and the town. The bed was so comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was great too. The only very small complaint was that all the windows were a bit drafty and could definitely do with updating, but everything else was fab."
