"Great location in the centre of Bath close to shops and restaurants. Newly refurbished with great facilities such as fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Though, issues with entrance and door locks. Room door very fiddly and got locked in a few times. All doors difficult to operate. For this reason, we wouldn’t stay at this property again."

"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

The furnishings and finishes are elegant and hip. Loved the heater in living room as it was super fast to warm up! Great restaurants right on the same block and fun place for drinks across the street. Hard part was using the lock box for the key as it just didn't want to open easily! Would suggest replacing that. The house was beautiful and perfect for 14 friends to relax and unwind.Susannah was really helpful from the beginning and was accommodating throughout our stay.The area was ideal for a wholesome walk and trip to the black horse pub.The communal areas were perfect for getting together and catching up.I would really recommend this property for a great time with family and friends."
