"Great location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. House was large enough for our party of 8. It would sleep 9 comfortably (4 couples and 1 single). Our property manager Derrick was terrific! The house showed its age with cracks in the stovetop, master walls, etc, but was was sufficient for a decent rental. Cleaning crew needs to do a thorough cleaning, it was very dusty and you had to be careful where you put your clothes so they didnt pick up the dust. Unfortunately, the heater...

"I had family in town for a surprise party and needed somewhere for them to stay. This was a mix of perfect, perfectly close to the party location, perfectly close to Collierville/Germantown/Memphis, perfectly setup. Everyone enjoyed their stay and ranted about how they can’t wait to come back for the next family gathering. If you’re looking to stay close to Memphis but out of the city this is a great spot, you won’t regret your stay out here. "

"This home was the perfect place for our time in Oakland. It's close to shopping & other things the small town has to offer. Ronnie was a responsive host & even had the house decorated for Christmas since our stay was over the holiday. We had 5 adults & 2 kids in our group and the home was great for us to all be together or do our own thing for a while. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Oakland. "

"My husband and his work colleague stayed at the house twice while working at Blue Oval City. The house is conveniently located 10 minutes or less from Blue Oval City and cheaper than a hotel with all the amenities of a home. The home is dated but super clean. Owner was easy to work with and responded promptly to questions."

"We had a lovely stay in this large home. The home was clean and met our needs. The pool was a smidge cloudy, but we swam anyway. My only other comment is if you have a large party bring extra towels. "

"Overall, a good stay. Owners were very attentive to issues and communicated well. Furniture was different than pictures, but understood why owners had to recently change it. Beautiful home and property and enjoyed morning walks and coffee on patio. ❤️"

"Country setting was so peaceful. House is large and well furnished. Could use more beverage glasses. Water pressure and water never got hot so showers have to be quick!Overall house was very good."

"Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend."

Enough room in the surrounding yard to throw a football, to kick a soccer ball, or to throw a baseball for a game of catch.

"My husband and I came up to spend Christmas with family and this little place was very close by. Everything was as described. Very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. I guess the only issue was that during the day it was pretty noisy, lots of loud vehicles going by. However we weren’t there much in the daytime. The train tracks are behind the house but really wasn’t loud. Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again."

"It was a good stay. There are a few things that are not up to code and the neighborhood is rough. But over all it is a cute little house inside. It was easy to communicate with the host."
