"I stayed with a group of friends, all mid 30’s, looking for a stunning venue in the countryside. It’s hard to please our entire group but everyone was very impressed with the cottage and location. Absolutely beautifully renovated and decorated - the perfect blend of old and new. Immaculately clean, every room is unique and the downstairs is perfect for socialising. "Croft cottage was sympathetically renovated to a good standard. Some of the furniture was well used but in keeping. Amy put the heating on for us prior to arrival, and we used one of the log burners too, so it was much warmer than I anticipated from viewing the photos. The location was great too; it feels rural but is in walking distance (at least in one direction!) of Silsden, with all the usual amenities of a mid-size town. "This cottage was beautiful. Clean, comfortable and homely with some lovely extra touches. The owner was very responsive to messages and quickly sorted a couple of small settling in queries we had. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed the cottage espically thr cosy log burner , the garden is not good if you struggle with walking up very steep steps , there was a very weird smell in the bathroom , cottage very rural , but we enjoyed walks , the main bedroom bed is very squeaky bit uncomfortable , but we did enjoy our stay away "

"Just what we needed to visit our daughter at Huddersfield Uni. We were looking for something on the lovely countryside around Holmfirth and this ticked all the boxes. Easy check in, plenty of options on just eat and a beautiful, characterful terrace with enclosed yard, perfect for our dog."
