"We were in the area for a funeral so just needed a place to sleep and unwind. Definitely small but served our needs - the driveway is extremely steep. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues I would not recommend this property. Beds are very firm - couch was more comfortable! All in all it worked fine and was lovely to be on the water."

The cabin is pristine and so well decorated, it really added to the feeling of being on vacation. The area is really neat - we visited several great restaurants and shops nearby. "A great hostess! Big two-story house on the lake with plenty of room for parking. (Map directions out in advance because cell coverage is weak or nonexistent, but house has wifi.) Colorful fall trees. Easy walking area. Walked to the dam, the campground, the scout camp, etc. Took kayaks out for a quick paddle. Enjoyed watching the herons and eagles on the lake. Master upstairs bed-bath suite is immense, with shower. Second bathroom upstairs is only a tub — no shower. Watch out for odd step...
