Snuggle in this winter at this cozy little cabin on Lake Wissota. A new stairway takes you down to the ice to set up your tip ups, play in the snow or hike on the lake. Sledding may be available depending on the snowfall. Wood is provided for the outside fire pit to keep your toes and nose warm while you play in the snow. Just down the road is an ice skating rink on the property of the town hall.

Inside, you will find a very clean and well stocked kitchen with all new appliances and a main floor washer and dryer. In the bedrooms, the mattresses have been reviewed by guests as very comfortable making for a great night sleep. Enjoy free wifi and access to Hulu live to get live tv and local channels. The place was wonderful. Beautiful view of the lake. Beds were so comfortable. The owner was so helpful giving us recommendations to restaurants. Highly recommend the cabin. We plan on booking it again!!!

Perfect Place for Friends Retreat
We had a great time here for a get-together with friends. The place is all new, designed well and very comfy. Has a nice view of Lake Wissota. The firepit was a good place to hang out as well as for grilling. Good times! Would highly recommend.

What a view
We knew this was the place for our getaway the moment we walked into the cabin and saw the view of the lake from the living room window. Everything about this cabin - from that spectacular view to its location, cleanliness and spaciousness - was simply great!

This brand new rental was very well appointed, and the hosts have done a terrific job, providing all of The Essentials, clean, fluffy towels, and beautiful decor. Very responsive to all of our questions and needs as well.

Great cabin
My wife and i stayed for three nights and really loved the cozy feel of the cabin. It was very clean, neat, and tidy. There are great lake views from the living area and the main bedroom. Coffee each morning on the patio overlooking the lake was so nice. Jenn and Doug were available right away to answer questions and provide assistance.

Family Getaway
We had a great stay! My kids loved the swimming platform and the shallow sandy bottom of the lake. We spent a couple afternoons at Ray’s Beach across the road also so they could play in the sand. Beautiful house, beautiful property, beautiful views! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

This stay was exactly what we needed to get away for a few days and relax. Great location, great house and wonderful views. Great options for dining were close by. House was clean and had everything we needed. Going to try and come back in the fall, I bet the view will be even better. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful house.

Wonderful Oasis
What a beautiful little cabin and wonderful scenery. Cabin was perfect for a getaway. If you love birds you will certainly see quite a few varieties. I was in bird heaven. Lake Wissota is certainly beautiful and the sunsets were spectacular. Communication with the host was seamless. Cabin was so clean and accomodating. My friend and I so enjoyed our stay. Great Family Vacation!!!
We were looking to have a family vacation together before our boys started school. This property fit the bill perfectly! We walked in and immediately knew that we made a great choice. Great Lake Stay!
We had so much fun here! Owners live next door and very kind! The cabin was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. The lake front retreat was so peaceful! It was perfect for our family of 6 (all adults). We especially loved the big windows and the firepit. Location great! Just overall felt so good to be there and really a getaway for us. Sweet Lake Side Cabin
Our stay here was fantastic! The beautiful cabin had plenty of room for us & our 2 kids. We had everything we needed plus well thought out extras. Yard games, indoor games, kayaks to take out on the lake, dock with chairs to enjoy the view, outdoor eating space with a fire pit, enough kitchen items to cook with & bake cookies. We were all very comfortable! Jennifer & Doug were quick to help us with anything we needed. They are 5+ star hosts!

Great little getaway Vacation
Overall great vacation. Very clean, updated and spacious inside property. Property well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy almost a week away. A lot to do around Lake Wassota and Chippewa Falls! Property owner was very communicative and helpful with unpredictable health challenges and things to do in the area! Rented a pontoon from Wassota Lodge! Only two negatives for us stairs to the dock and cabin is close to neighbors. Hoping to book this stay for a future vacation!

Outstanding! Owners were very open & responsive to communication before and during stay. Home is beautiful! Lake-view is beautiful! Wonderfully shaded, private road. There is a pier on the property to dock your boat; public boat launch less than 1 mile away. Don't have a boat? Less than 2 miles away, there is a place to rent fishing or pontoon boats for very low prices. The location feels remote. Casual & formal dining within a half mile, anything else is less than 10 minutes away. The pictures will never do this beautiful rental justice!
