"Wir waren 16 Tage in dem Ferienhaus und waren zufrieden. Die Gastfreundschaft war 100% Top. Immer zu erreichen! Es war auch mal schön einfach einen Tag im Haud zu bleiben und die Ruhe im Garten zu genießen. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort, 1,2 und 3 Jahre alt. Da dort sehr viel dekoriert ist war das das einzige was uns den Urlaub ein wenig erschwert hat. Es ist alles super gemütlich eingerichtet und das Haus hat vorne viele Orangenbäume mit einer kleinen Terasse. Hinter dem Hazs ist dann noch ein...

"Photos of the room are composition of several rooms with excellent light. In real room is dark with view from windows -> see photos. Our accommodation was alone besides ruins. Breakfast was pretty good and also service."

"The apartment hotel is a new building in a suburban residential area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant called Brothers nearby which serves gyros and other Greek meals and is frequented by locals. There is a mini mart and a couple of bakeries as well on the same street. There is ample street parking so it is a good location for those renting vehicles to explore Crete. We visited Knossos and Matala Beach but did not have time to visit the Old Town of Heraklion. Amazing Family Stay with Exceptional Service
"Everything was amazing: the quick and friendly check-in, the helpful staff member who escorted us to our room with the luggage, and the room with the hot tub was clean, comfortable, and perfect for large families – probably one of the best family rooms I've stayed in. I was initially concerned about the salty water in the pools, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The check-out process was also quick, and the kind front desk lady was very accommodating with my late check-out request."
