"This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)"

"Very noisy neighbor. Only Luke warm water in the shower. Only suggestion for the owner is too add some blackout curtains to the bedroom windows. The security lights of the neighbors left the room very bright"

"My son and his children live in Asheboro. The apartment is a flexible and functional home base for us. It keeps the kids happy with fun activity, is pet friendly and low key. It has clean facilities and a lot of functional tools for entertaining a family. If I ran the site, I would use thicker bath towels and be sure that there was a good scrubber for pans. But at the value point for us- it is great."

"I loved staying in this apartment, and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are charmingly and thoughtfully decorated, and well supplied for an average traveler’s needs. All rooms have ceiling fans, which would be great in summer. Windows all around bring sunlight throughout the day, and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet and not far from I-40. This apartment is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs (outdoors) and doesn’t have a washer/dryer. These weren’t a problem for us, but...

"I was in town for an extended weekend to visit family and see a show at the Coliseum. The apartment was the perfect size and met all of our needs. The Coliseum is within short walking distance along with other shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The host also responds quickly and is polite. I would recommend this place!"
