"This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)"

"This was perfect for us! The pictures very accurately represent this beautiful place! The little extra touches the proper manager provided were unexpected but appreciated. We requested to add a night last minute and the property manager was very accommodating.
