"Gianluca and his wife truly deserve a rating of 10 with many pluses added on. Gianluca does the actual management of the apartment. He is animated, friendly, and dedicated to making his guests comfortable and taking care of every need. He goes far beyond the norm as a host and is extraordinarily prompt in responding to every question and need. He is generous and compassionate. While staying in the apartment, I caught a virus and was suffering from another ailment. I texted him at 10 pm...

"The shower needs to be re-positioned so that there is room to stand without spraying water all over the floor; every time we used the shower the bathroom floor was very wet and slippery which is dangerous. The fan in the bathroom is too noisy. The apartment is located 20-30 minutes walk from the historic centre and is in a quiet area."
