"We had such a great time staying at this studio in the heart of Cruz Bay. The description and pictures of the property are very accurate. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was extremely responsive. We were able to walk to everything. We rented a car to explore the East End on our own, but I could see staying here without one as it is really close to EVERYTHING, including taxis to north side beaches. "Maintenance and owner were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Note that while the bedrooms have nice AC, the main living area (with kitchen/living/dining) does not. That area relies on ceiling fans and its large windows/screen doors for a nice cross breeze, but dinner prep was still a sweaty event in our early-July visit. Amenities were great - plenty of cookware options, and gas grill. Views were awesome, and the property is gorgeous."

"Five Stars is not enough. The property is 3 large bedrooms with comfy king size beds and beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen with all amenities and large comfortable furniture to relax on. Property is located right on Chocolate Bay with access to the water and very close to Cruz Bay downtown and all the other beaches. Host was incredible. They even had a super friendly neighbor help us out on getting around. Really, really great vacation. We all miss it already. Will be back!"

It’s not easy to locate, and Celia, the property manager, met us in town on our first day so we could follow her back to the villa. "My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in the 1 bedroom condo. We loved that we were waterfront and had our morning coffee on the balcony. The condo was in a great location in town and very walkable to town and restaurants. The kitchen was well appointed add the king bed was very comfortable. We look forward to returning!"

Paradise on earth

"We were blown away at the beauty and location of this place! It was like something out of a dream or something you only see in movies. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, and helped us with any questions about the island. The stay was wonderful and beautiful and clean. The pool overlooking the bay was wonderful to take a swim in after a day of adventure on the island. Very close to Cruz bay which is where you will find most of the restaurants shops and markets. We will be here again! I highly recommend staying here "
