Great spot for quiet time
We loved our stay at the LimeTree. We had a small loft directly overlooking the beach and it was so peaceful. The resort itself was lovely and we enjoyed how quiet it was. We were able to get a nice chair overlooking the beach without any issues. Definitely a place we will return to.

First Time on the Island
The resort was absolutely amazing. Everyone was nice & friendly. Beautiful views. Clean comfortable & cozy room. Close to almost everything. Only thing is the driveway/ road to the resort is extremely dark could use some lighting but that didn’t ruin my experience.

Absolutely loved my stay. Cute private beach, fantastic massive pool with a great swim up bar, fantastic drinks, and honestly the pool bar sandwiches were fantastic. The restaurant is best for brunch in my opinion, dinner is good but more limited. Make sure you ask about dessert! I didn’t find out until the last night, and all of the desserts are made in house, including the ice cream, and it was like the best thing I ate the whole trip! The rum raisin brownie and mint ice cream in particular were so good. Room was fantastic, we had a spectacular view, honestly will absolutely come back here. It’s not walkable to anything, but the price reflects that and it’s worth it in my opinion.

Was as described. Not complaints but information. Bring water shoes as beach is VERY rocky and in our suite bathroom down 2 sets up steps so if you frequent night pee its a problem. Nothing is close do cabs are expensive.

Tropical Paradise
We loved our stay in St Thomas. The condo was perfect and we had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The air conditioning was so nice to have. The grounds are beautiful and they have gazebos overlooking the beach and ocean. The restaurant on premises was good and the drinks were delicious. We want to go back soon.

The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The loft was gorgeous, newly renovated and amazing view. Perfect place to get away and relax. Market n site is great, Lanai restaurant has loads of great choices.

Relaxing getaway
Enjoyed our stay at Limetree. The unit was well appointed and had a great view. We appreciated the quiet surroundings. Enjoyed our meals at the poolside bar and at the Lanai Restaurant. The onsite market carried all the essentials. Rented snorkel equipment onsite at the dive shop.Check in and check out were a breeze.

Peaceful and Well Situated
This is a lovely small resort. Convenient amenities and safe feel. It’s not the best snorkeling beach but it is a locket spot to just sit and hear the waves. The local roosters and iguanas also make for some fun entertainment. All rooms have a nice view and a great simple set up.

Amazing, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. the beach here is very secluded, clean, and steps from the room, good snorkeling location. Separate from the hustle of the island and cruise ships. Most beaches on the island are crowded but this was not crowded. Perfect for a quiet and romantic getaway. Good for families too. Restaurant on site is great. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Taxi service on site, better than most on the island thanks to Donald. The market on site is small but very helpful. Gorgeous sunsets!!

Peaceful Retreat
This place is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It has an on-site restaurant that overlooks the beach; a dive shop where you can rent or buy snorkel equipment; an amazing pool with a swim up bar; an outdoor grilling area; and a market for purchasing grocery items and snacks. They provide several cabanas with lounge chairs overlooking the beach. Be sure to wear swim shoes because there are rocks in the water but once you get past the rocks it’s fine.

Summer vacation
Property was everything we could ask for. We were surprised by the potential “time share/investment” conversation that we were encouraged to attend. Thankfully, we did not attend & we’re not harassed. Property photos could be updated. There is not ping pong table on property as pictures showed. Workout room is pictured differently as well. Overall, lovely property & would stay there again.

Stay was ok, but extra fees at Checkin are ridiculous!
My main gripe is that after paying what I thought was already a lot for this VRBO rental, in my Checkin email I was reminded of ANOTHER $50/day in fees to be paid at Checkin. I own and manage my own short term rental on sapphire beach on st Thomas. I would never think to surprise people with that much in extra fees. And if it can’t be worked out with the property management, then the unit should not be rented on VRBO. As far as the stay went, the staff was nice at Checkin. The unit was fine but I question the cleaning (I found a chunk of something that I hope to god was chocolate on the living room floor.) Also the bathroom door didn’t work well at all and my husband and I (separately) but got stuck and it took all our strength to open the door! The shower water took 5 min (no joke) maybe more to get hot and then was scalding for another 5 minutes before cooling down. Very frustrating. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and the deck was nice. Also while the resort itself is nice (pool and beach both nice), the location is a big isolated. Only one restaurant that’s nearby.
