"We stayed one night in this hotel and we liked a lot. The room was beautiful and clean and in excellent condition. The staff was ver kind. The hotel is owned by a family of three. Ehran, the son, was the person we were in touch with, he was very helpful and responsive all the time through WhatsApp. Even when the hotel is not located in Goreme, where most of the restaurants and coffee places are, it is very easy to get there from the hotel with public transportation. Ehran would explain you how. The bus stop is three minutes walk from the hotel and the tiket is cheap. I recomend the hotel very much."

"Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and even treated us with a Kunefe. Excellent spa hotel and we will come back if we are in Cappadocia. "Room had no ventilation and a musty smell. It was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the bathroom sink was dirty and full of red hair. There was a used bandaid on the flooor next to my bed. I cleaned these myself with hand sanitiser. The toilet paper ran out and was not refilled. Despite complaints rhat they did not clean the room after our first night, they continued not to service the room. I stripped the beds and our private tour guide called them in but that’s the only day they cleaned the room. The woman, who I believe is the owner, desperately needs training in hospitality. She does not greet people evennat breakfast. No one is ever at the reception desk. They hang out on the roof terrace which is only accessible by several staircases. B/fast was terrible. The tourism bureau in the area should attend and give it a rating. It’s not suitable for anyone who does not speak Turkish. It was a very unplesant experience! Due to the room layout I triped and fell on my knee. I was screaming but it took someone in a neighbouring room to get someone to come and assist me. They did bring me an ice pack as I requested. My knee is still sore several days later."

"On arrival, the host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He offered us an immediate free upgrade and he showed us the entire property. He also gave us recommendations for local touring and invited us to park in front of his hotel. The property was authentic and lovely a good quiet place just a couple minutes drive from the main city attraction and very affordable for budget conscious people. The breakfast was quality and tasteful, and the service at the restaurant was lovely"

"owner was super helpful in helping us get ear drops despite pharmacy being closed for my husband's ear infection and also trying to help with booking hot air ballon ride. breakfast was amazing- huge spread and all fresh. i am sure on expedia site it says the property has lift unfortunately there is no lift and mym husband had to carry our 12 yr old wheelchair bound son up and down the steep stairs."
