"The biggest issue, which is probably the largest complaint that anyone has of visiting downtown Charleston, is the absurdly expensive parking. The Lodge Alley Inn is a marvelous and convenient place to stay and it is very affordable. I remember that back in 2006 when I signed up for a Bluegreen timeshare the parking was free or almost so."

"It was a nice quiet place to stay while visiting Charleston. The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was great.
