"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. "Bardzo dobre śniadanie (bufet szwedzki), czysto, miła i profesjonalna osoba w recepcji. Wszystko było OK, jedynie trafiłem tym razem na pokój z utrudnionym dostępem do gniazdka. Musiałem odsuwać szafke z lampą, aby podłączyć ładowarkę telefonu. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany."

"In the photos, the hotel seems luxurious, but in reality, it is not. Ostentatious furniture, which I assume cost a lot of money. The rooms have poor finishing and cracked walls .The water in the shower was merely lukewarm, even when set to the maximum temperature. The breakfast was tasty.There were many options for cold dishes, but for hot dishes, only sausages and scrambled eggs were available. "

"Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night."

"After staying at different hotels of varying quality at varying prices for around two months now, I can say definitively that for the purpose of a relaxed and worthwhile trip, Hotel Gwarna is the best option I have found in all of Europe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and not just for the hotel- the attached gym and restaurant provide a way to counter the number one thing that made me homesick in Europe, being able to eat (sort of) at home and going to the gym. Combined with the wonderful city around it and easy access to all that one could hope for in terms of convenience, this hotel will give you the best experience available for the most reasonable price.
