This space was designed specifically for couples who are looking for a private getaway to spice up their relations. We welcome newlyweds, anniversary celebrations, etc. - possibly with a private chef, or with a Licensed, Professional Massage Therapist on site, or just a romantic stay-cation for traveling couples.
Designed in part by our local interior decorators, “Nested Interiors”, we’ve spared no expense in providing our guests with premium accommodations that include all of the conveniences of modern living, (including a heated massage table - with complimentary massage oils and accent mood lighting) without neglecting the charm and elegance of our neighborhood’s historic past.
PLEASE NOTE: As an added Optional Bonus, we offer you access to a State of Missouri Licensed and Certified Professional Massage Therapists -- who can be scheduled for a 1-2 hour onsite massage sessions for you and your significant other. Please inquire for pricing and availability as an additional optional add-on feature during your stay with us.
The apartment is equipped with accent mood lighting in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom areas as shown in the photos. You will also be dazzled by a custom 12-foot, mirrored accent wall in the bedroom, that is sure to enhance your bedroom experiences.
Your 1,000 square foot loft-style, 1-bedroom apartment is located in a mixed-use building comprised of 3-commercial storefronts on the 1st floor, and 2-additional residential apartments on the 2nd floor of the building. Your apartment features an open concept, tall ceilings, gas fireplace, modern décor with stainless steel appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Also for your safety, the apartment is equipped with an ADT security system. FREE Off-Street Parking for no more than 2-cars is provided directly behind the building.
The apartment is also equipped with 2-flat screen Smart TVs with basic cable and use of our free Netflix streaming service while you lodge with us. It also includes central air-conditioning, Wi-Fi wireless internet, complete kitchen essentials, 1-set of bedding and 2-sets of towels and a protective mattress cover for the bed.
Also, when you arrive to the apartment, you will be provided with a Welcome Manual with general information regarding the apartment and a comprehensive guide to the local restaurants and attractions located on Cherokee Street.
Check-in instructions, including your unique keypad Door Code for the front door smart lock will be texted to your phone number on-file after booking. Please make sure your cell phone number is up to date in the system or you will not receive the keypad Door Code. We do not offer early check ins or late check-outs.
The apartment is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED - NO EXCEPTIONS. Smoking is ONLY ALLOWED on the outside back patio deck with the back door closed to keep smoke from entering into the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: Our home is for up to 2-guests ONLY, and we have a strict NO PARTY and NO INTERIOR SMOKING policy for the home. Also due to the new imposed social distancing laws currently in St. Louis, only a maximum of 2-Registered Guests are allowed. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED without written authorization from the host.
Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine and will be considered trespassing, even if “just dropping by”. If your family and friends live locally, go to their residences for visitation. NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, or EVENTS!!!
Our HOUSE RULES are STRICTLY enforced for your safety and that of our home. If any of these policies are violated, this will be grounds for immediate eviction without payment refund.

No excessively loud noise or music during your stay, that may disturb our immediate neighbors.
The heated massage table is provided for registered guest use, only. Please use your own discretion while using the massage table as well as the complimentary massage oils. If you have skin allergies, please DO NOT use the complimentary massage oils - we will not be held liable for any issues.
Please use the assigned off-street parking space for 2-cars only.
Our home is intended for adults only. You MUST be 23 years old, or older to reserve our home.
A mandatory weekly cleaning fee of $60 will be charged for guests who stay beyond seven (7) calendar days, or six (6) consecutive nights, in an effort to insure the apartment continues to meet our highest standards of quality and comfort. The housekeeping service will enter the home during this period(s) to perform necessary cleaning services. This fee will be Invoiced separately through your Booking App after your extended stay booking is confirmed. And the fee must pre-paid through your Booking App prior to your scheduled Checkin date.
You have complete access to our apartment, as shown in the provided pictures. The apartment is always pre-cleaned and stocked with complimentary travel-sized supplies and ready for arrivals 24/7/365.
In the event that our massage table is damaged during your stay, there will be a fee of $500 assessed to repair and/or replace the provided massage table. Therefore, please be sure to use the massage table with special care.
In the event that our mirrored accent wall in the bedroom is damaged during your stay, there will be a fee of $2,500 assessed to repair and/or replace the mirror accent wall. Therefore, please do not touch the mirrored accent wall. It is there strictly for you viewing pleasure.
If there is damage to any of the appliances, furniture, and overall apartment decor during you stay, there will be a fee assessed to repair and/or replace all items damaged at their full replacement cost.
If there is evidence of SMOKING in the apartment, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150 assessed to provide smoke removal services from the apartment.
If there is evidence of PETS in the apartment, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 assessed to provide pet allergen removal services from the apartment.
The BLUE CANDLES provided on the fireplace mantel ARE NOT FOR GUEST USE! The fireplace candles are intended for decorations only. If there is evidence of their use, there will be an additional replacement fee of $50 billed to your account.
If the carpets and area rugs are stained or damaged during your stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300 assessed to provide carpet cleaning services.
