"Overall I was really impressed with the facilities especially for the moderate cost. The room furniture was very minimalist and being a lone traveller of 74 years it would have been helpful to have somewhere to put my travelling case for access to its contents other than on the bed or the floor. The room temperature was also very cold on a couple of occasions."

"This was an ideal hotel to stay , as we came along way nearly 6 hours, this was right off the main road and plenty spaces to par, the hotel has some lovely history and from the outside it has a oldy worldy feel, but a modern twist it had everything we needed, towels daily, water hot and clean bedding, had a huge bed and room, the service was very good and polite staff in all areas, accomadating also fresh milk everyday, 3 days was not enough, but we came to go to family gathering. "Our suite had amazing views and plenty of space for us to relax in. Check in/out was simple and reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge area did have damp in it, which i think is being tackled by a heating unit. We wouldve appreciated cutlery besides teaspoons, tools to wash up (plates, bowls, microwave provided and room adverised as having a kitchenette). The main bedroom didnt have a radiator, when we asked staff they advised the heater in the lounge should address the lounge...
