"The staff were all really friendly and obliging, and willing to go above and beyond for our comfort. The breakfast was excellent, and it's a really nice bonus that they will bring it to your room for no additional cost. There was an Easter egg left in our room, because it was the Easter bank holiday weekend. The rooms were cozy and spacious, and the location is a 5-minute walk from the beach."

"This was our first time using this website. The hotel was basic, We were not asked about what we required for breakfast. My wife does not eat a cooked breakfast normally. The breakfast was good, nice bacon, eggs but the sausages were not the best. There was no soap either in the shower or. toilet. The toilet had a leak on the outflow which l repoorted."

"Fantastic I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, well equipped, brilliant situation, easy to find, off road parking.Lovely bathroom, super linen,great host. Sadly fridge had a jug of sour milk in it and clearly hadn’t been cleaned and the cooker & hob had not been cleaned, the grill pan was rather sticky. Overall wonderful- thank you"

"Nice property with plenty of space. We stayed in winter but the deck would obviously be lovely in summer! Parking is available but is tricky and not ideal if you have a van - up a steep ramp and then requires reversing down a narrow lane to get out. Not impossible but not easy! There is parking in the village which was easily accessible when we stayed. "
