Come to our upstate NY location and enjoy the sights and sound along the Erie Canal (Mohawk River). Our 1/2 mile waterfront property offers plenty of space to stretch out and relax, exercise the dogs or even take in some fishing and boating. Our location is great for birthday or other gatherings. Wonderful stay with Great Memories
This is my 3rd time back in this RV and won’t be my last! My husband and I always go, but this time I brought my mom and sister up for a trip to show them how beautiful the area is and to go antiquing! We had a wonderful time, the area has a special charm about it! The Rv is always so clean, the bed is comfy, the air works great, the canal is beautiful! There are some wonderful restaurants nearby, further away is Grapevine Farms… a must try! Chris is an amazing host and the RV is so nice!

A nice home away from home
We wanted to stay in an rv to see if it was something we'd like to purchase in the future. It was nice to have all of the comforts of home in one place without funky smells that we had to deal with in hotel/motel rooms. The water pressure in the shower was very good too. We were all very pleased with our stay. It is near railroad tracks where trains do go by which wasn't a huge issue for us. It was just nice to be in a place where I could breathe. The property manager is also very nice. I locked myself out and he came right away to help us out. Overall very pleased with our stay.

First experience of an RV
This was our first time in an RV and we found it to be very positive. With temps in the 90's, the air conditioning was very welcome. Sighting next to Mohawk River in a small park was enjoyable. Chris was very responsive to all questions.

The owner is amazing listens and pays attention to small details. Gives you a comfortable setting to relaxing with the unique design the redone Caboose amazing along with the log cabin on the property and a Scenic Waterfront View.
