"Like many Hotels today, there are not enough hooks to hang more than one towel to dry. The sink in the bathroom goes with the decor but there is no place to lay out your toiletries. Very high tub and a wooden floor partition that is a trip hazard so not recommended for Seniors like us even though the location was right at street level and the Restaurant across the room. They only have 10 Parking spots so get there early and avoid taking the car out! "

"My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights to attend a wedding. The BB is beautiful and well maintained, with a nice balcony on both sides of the hotel. The Inn keeper couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. The location is great, with walking distance to just about anywhere you would like to go. Also, they give you a parking pass to use for your stay which is only 1 block away. We will definitely be back to this B&B"

"Beautiful historic home within walking distance to the park and several good restaurants. Comfortable and clean room. The breakfaat was made to order to each morning served with French press coffee or juice. The service was great: everyone was very friendly and available to assist when needed. "

"Property is very close to everything. We did not have to drive around because we were able to walk to main attractions. The property was cleaning and quiet, our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and service too. I recommend this property !!!"

"The property is gorgeous and really quiet. Being on the river provides a beautiful view. The sunrise over the river was absolutely fantastic. The complementary breakfast was extraordinary with a full menu being offered. All the staff were wonderfully helpful. It was a fantastic experience and wish I could have stayed longer. I will be back. "

" Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a chair, but the room was small so we left it under a shelf. The breakfasts were remarkable. The owners were very nice. The location was great. We were told there were no steps to our room, however there was a total of 7. My husband has a disability and uses a scooter. The steps were a challenge. We had to leave the scooter in the car at night and assemble it each morning. If you go to sleep early, awesome music is playing...

"This property is such a wonderful alternative to the usual chain facilities. It's right on the river and set on a nicely landscaped property. We didn't opt for a room with a river view, but there were plenty of public spaces to enjoy the view. We loved the library. It was very quiet when we were there - few guests, between weddings. "This was an amazing SUPER LAST MINUTE find! It was all virtual HOWEVER, they were so attentive and communicative whenever I just had questions and even checked in on us via text to make sure my family’s stay was going well! 10/10 my family and I will be back to book again here on future stays in Jacksonville "

"Our third stay at Bluegreen and it was the best. We had a very nice room in the corner and top floor, Room 250 in building 2. Very nice and quiet. The room suite was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was totally equipped for cooking whenever you desired. They seem to be taking care of the property better than before. And if you are golfer it is one of the best places to stay in the area. And now you have a Costco and a Bucees in the entrance. "

"The entire floor levels smell of mold really bad along with rooms . The bathroom has had so many repairs that the tile floors have high gaps and the shower head was hanging off the wall and the toilet wouldn’t flush without pouring water from the sink into the toilet tank to fill it up so we could flush it everytime . The customers are very sketchy too . There were crack heads throughout the hotel with a on staff guard at night. I guess with cheap price you gonna have crack heads and pot smokers . "

"As an older woman travelling alone (Mayo cancer patient), I love the fact that one has to have a reservation to go to hotel floors - makes me feel much safer Also, the valet parking is perfect and the staff at JAX Beach is terrific - especially Cole, who is kind, efficient and thinks of the "little things" that made my travels to Mayo from Margaritaville easier and more comfortable Please recognize Cole for his personal skills with guests and also his supervision of an excellent staff I will continue to stay at Margaritaville for my upcoming treatments and procedures. Thank you!"

"Very comfortable beds, clean, quiet despite being near main roads, and convenient to restaurants. Shaded play area was a nice surprise. Very good hot breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again when visiting St Augustine (downtown parking deck is only 15 minutes away)."

"We loved it! The staff was friendly, the courtyards outside were really nice, the room was clean, walking distance into town, only about a half mile. Also, trollies were available to take in town. There was a restaurant/bar next to the property and other restaurants were walking distance. I will recommend Villa 1565 to everyone I know. We didn't want to leave. "
