Number One – Stones Court is a light and airy four-bedroom apartment positioned over three floors with fabulous sea views from the top two floors, with views across to Godrevy Lighthouse and Porthminster Beach.

With parking for one car, this holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still only a short walk to the restaurants and beaches that make St Ives such a sort-after holiday destination.

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are situated on the second floor. There is a TV/DVD with games, DVD’s and books and large sliding patio doors leading out to the balcony, an ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with electric oven and halogen hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining table comfortable seats six.

The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated with a kingsize bed and ample storage. The picturesque port-hole window offers wonderful sea views towards Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a roomy seaside themed shower ensuite with WC and basin.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed (photographs pending) and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms have ample storage.

Located on the ground floor is the family bathroom double shower, WC and basin. There is a further ensuite shower room off the master bedroom with WC and basin.

The apartment offers free garaged parking. This is suitable for medium sized car. Dimensions are 5.25m long by 2.4m wide.

Lovely house in great location
Very comfortable, spacious house with great views from the top over to Godrevy lighthouse. Had everything we needed and rooms are lovely. Only a few minutes walk into St Ives and handy to have parking - we have a medium sized car and it fitted in the garage. Lots of info from the agent and welcome pack was an added bonus.
