"Flexible with my booking which was great!!"

"Had a very enjoyable stay at the Crafers hotel! From the moment we walked in, warmly greeted by staff who took us to our room. The roof itself, majestic! The high ceilings, the decor, the bathroom was stunning with excellent quality towels and provided toiletries, and a heated floor! The bed was comfortable, the room was toasty warm on a cold hills evening, and the provided breakfast and paper in the morning was a lovely touch. The mini bar was included in the cost of the room which is unheard of, and a few nibbles and a lovely handwritten welcome are really personal touches! While we didn’t dine in the restaurant, we did have a drink when we came back which was a nice and cosy atmosphere. The room itself is worth the price, but all the extras thrown in made this a very enjoyable experience and we definitely plan on coming again! Lovely spot, lovely team, beautiful room, 5 stars!"

"A beautifully setup cottage, much larger than expected - the photos don’t do justice to just how lovely the entire place is. Plus two fireplaces with wood supplied, kept us toasty! Host was thoughtful with kitchen supplies and caring communication. Loved the weekend there & so did my little pup, highly recommend!"
