"Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views."

"We were looking for a place to stay for our 4 day trip to Zion National Park that still allowed us access to some of our basic needs like coffe shops, grocery store, gas station etc. This location was the perfect for us. "

"The location was perfect for us, close to a great grocery (Harmon’s) and proximity to Snow Canyon where we hiked every day. We discovered a little Mexican restaurant, Irmita’s Casita, which we loved for its real Mex cuisine, decor, and friendly service. The house kitchen was outfitted well and the only comment I would make is that they should replace all the plastic utensils with metal, given the news about microplastics leaching off when exposed to heat. Overall the house was very comfortable."

"We had the best time here. Location is amazing, place is super clean and well stocked and great for a group. We used the pool and hot tub every day, had a lot of fun playing pickleball, and we loved going to Snow Canyon and riding bikes on the trails. Would highly recommend. "

"Quiet, clean, beds are comfy and the pool/patio areas OUTSTANDING! Zion is 25 min, Grand Canyon 2.5, Bryce 2.5. Excellent excellent excellent!"

"Location was great & easy to access the National Parks. House was clean & pictures were perfect. Door was unlocked & open when we checked in so that was a little crazy as it was after midnight, had to reach out twice in the morning to get someone to help with the lock so we could leave for the day. After that, everything went smoothly & we enjoyed our stay."

"Super cute cottage with all of the amenities! I love that we had our own hot tub and accessible parking. Communication was great. Towels and bedding were extremely nice quality, better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. Amazing location less than 2 blocks from great food and entertainment. "

"This is easily the best VRBO property we've stayed in. The furnishings were nice and the pictures on the website accurately portrayed the unit. The price was reasonable. Heather responded to questions quickly. We rented the unit over Thanksgiving for family and had plenty of room to celebrate. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub on the patio and pool table and foosball table in the garage were welcome amenities. "

"It was just perfect."

"This property was maintained well beyond my expectations. Even though pets are allowed, you would never know by how immaculately clean the property was. There are even supplies for your pet including a water bowl. The main bedroom shower is fantastic. The neighborhood is gated, quiet, and well-maintained."
