Great Get Away!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Great place to go and relax! Enjoyed the ocean and sand! The weather was perfect. We bought fresh seafood from the seafood truc to prepare at house- it was delicious.

This is a great house that was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. My family and I really enjoyed the Tarpon Lookout and I recommend you try it for yourself.

Memorial Day Weekend
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking but the rental company fixed it immediately. We enjoyed the large porches on both levels of the home. Living area could be bigger but did not go to the beach to stay inside. Was very excited about the dock out to the bay. However, be careful as the path was not cut back, and grass was growing up through the dock. When we got to the landing the gate was broken off leading down the steps to the water and the bench for you to sit on was rotten on the side. Some of the planks leading out to the water had holes in them that you had to step over. In my profession, this could be a hazard for renters.

Only thing I would add is they need to add a few things to the kitchen (spatula, tongs, more paper towels). Overall is was great!

Reviewer Comments: We wanted a quiet weekend with access to a pool.A day without internet gave us the quiet - we read, fished from the dock and swam in the community pool. Discovered a leak in the roof the first night during a rainstorm. Jan in the rental office was super helpful and kept us informed of when people were coming to deal with these issues. Wish there was a toaster.
