"We were 4 families with 8 adults and 7 children aged 11-13. There was plenty of space for us all and the kids all loved being able to have their own rooms (their own floor in fact!) The location couldn’t have been more perfect, stunning views and only a few mins from the beach, shops, sea pool etc. Hosts were great with regards to communication. We would definitely return"

"A very comfortable house with enough space for us all to enjoy our holiday (10 guests ranging from 2-72). It’s unusual to find a holiday house with genuinely comfortable seating in the sitting room and a proper dining table so everyone can eat together but Oaktree House has both of these. "We eventually we found Speedwell, could do with what3words for exact location! Otherwise great location with pub and beach just a 200m walk. Ferry to Padstow again within easy reach. House had all the amenities needed for our short stay. Plenty or parking to both front and rear of the proberty. Excellent walking area and costal path on your doorstep. "
