Perched just above the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey and the sparkling English Channel, this beautiful Edwardian home treats guests to gorgeous views over the sea and the village through the large bay windows and 3 garden terraces.

Enjoy everything the South Cornwall area has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby, including visits to UNESCO world heritage site Charlestown Habour (location for many film settings including Poldark), the Eden Project, the world famous Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey and the South West Coast Paths running past.

At the beautiful Mevagissey harbour, you may even bump into the film crew of Rosamunde Pilcher TV series. 

Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.

It is only a short downhill stroll to the local beaches, harbour, restaurants, shops and pubs.

Mevagissey has an active local community, visitors can enjoy year round activities and several local festivals. At the harbour you can go crabbing and catch various creatures and there is a wide range of boat trips on offer where you can explore the water, spotting dolphins and seals.

The design is contemporary in flavour, with pieces from local Cornish artists adorning some walls and boldly patterned wallpaper covering others. Those with musical talents will melt at the sight of the walnut Art Deco piano in the hallway.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Guests enter the front door via steps to a welcoming large, bright entrance hall. In addition to the large open kitchen-dining room, this house has a sitting room with two large sofas and 4 spacious bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 8.

The large open-plan kitchen-dining area, is a perfect place to relax and offers television, smart speakers, a Bluray player and wi-fi internet access throughout the house and garden.

If the weather is playing ball during your stay, you're more than welcome to cook up something on the barbecue, perhaps some seafood bought from the Mevagissey quayside.

Linen and bath towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Please bring your own towels for use in the garden and beaches.
