Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Wonderful trip
We visited our granddaughter at Flagler college and we had the best time. The vrbo is in the perfect area. Beautiful courtyard and the room was wonderful. Everything was clean and Kristin was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This property was great, close to at. George street we could walk right into town 0.5 miles. Closest trolley stop was the churches about 0.3 miles. Kitchen mostly fully stocked, only item that would have been useful that was missing was a colender or strainer for pasta. Otherwise excellent choice would stay here again.

This property was exactly what I was looking for! It was in a great location near Flagler College and within easy walking distance of the Historic District. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was also wonderful with communication!

Cute apartment, very clean and accommodating. Closest TRolley stop and King St was about 5 blocks away. Very Quiet location and easy parking. I would stay here again, no brainer.

Couldn't be more pleased with the space and location. Traveled with teenagers. We felt comfortable walking late at night and my daughter enjoyed early morning runs in the neighborhood. Super convenient to all of the sites to see.

Great spot walkable to Downtown
We loved this little apartment - it was well appointed and easy to get to. Parking was great and we walked or took trolley to everywhere we wanted to go. Tiniest kitchen smartly laid out made perfect sense for a vacation stay. Kirsten was so responsive and proactive for all the arrangements. We highly recommend this rental.

Great place only blocks to town
Our second visit here at this lovely property! Very clean, beautiful landscaping and within easy biking / walking distance to St. George Street and all the restaurants and shops.. We brought our bikes and never had to use the car in three days. Also nice is off street parking..We will be back

Convenient to Historical St. Augustine
What a great sister trip to St. Augustine. Apt was clean and Kristen was quick to respond to any questions we had. So convenient to downtown, we parked the car and walked everywhere. It was a very safe neighborhood and walking back to apt after dark was never a problem. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Comfortable, and Conveniently Located
My husband and I enjoyed renting this apartment during our recent stay in St. Augustine. It was immaculate and truly checked all the boxes for a great property. There is off-street parking with plenty of room. The quiet neighborhood is close to all the attractions, restaurants, shops, and trolley stations. If we come back to St. Augustine, we will definitely rent this property again.
