"Showed up at apartment and could not get in. Finally was able to find some help and was told that I was supposed to pick up key at another town. Go figure on why? I was told that an email was sent to me on directions for pickup - never saw email and no instructions regarding this on Expedia. Waited over an hour for someone to come with the key. Apartment clean and not bad, but bed was incredible uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on couch. "

"Mixed experience, good location and had an early check in which was helpful. However I asked to the bar area to work between meetings but was the told the “boss was having a meeting”, there was enough space for me to work and for them to have their meeting, not very customer focused.
