"I always get good, friendly, attentive service when checking in and out. The rooms are nice though some are a bit outdated. Great pillows. Comfortable beds. I noticed they have gradually been changing their soap/shampoo to a new brand. I haven't tried it as I always bring my own. Kind of annoying music being played to loud in lobby and atrium... Underground heated parking is great, particularly when the Edmonton weather is cold. Gym is huge with a very wide variety of machines, weights, running track etc. Included breakfast would put this place over the top in value, but for now it is not included."
