"Lovely place to stay! Right in city centre, the place itself has everything you need- well equipped from plates, pans and hairdryer to a washing machine/dryer. The TV even has Netflix. Very nice and clean and great communication from the company on how to check in etc or if there is a problem."

"The rooms are spacious and very clean. For a contactless stay, the owner was very communicative (the check-in video is very helpful) and he responded quickly. We arrived late, after an 8 hour drive, and then left early, so I can’t speak to anything beyond that it was a pleasant place to spend the night and the owner is great."

"Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! "

"Good for the price, basic room with a bit of decay in the property but perfectly clean. Close to town, room 6 that I was in was on the main street so was quite noisy from road noise etc. Not the hosts fault and it's close to town so what you would expect. Close to the canal which was a nice walk in the day. Felt safe and other occupants were quiet."

"Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away...

"Great location, very clean and well presented. Excellent shower. Was pleased to have some basics provided such as milk and beverages also choice of cereals for breakfast. On a busy road therefore road noise as traffic builds in the early morning. "
