The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. There is no bathroom, you have to share the one on the 2nd...

"This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"
