"I did not like the fact that there was no elevator available, I travel with my elderly parents and our luggage's were big and I had to bring them all up the stairs.... Secondly, check in clerk lacked customer service and good hospitality!"

"We were doing a moms' weekend, so all of us are from the area but wanted a new place to stay. This house was huge! So much room for us to hang out, comfy beds in rooms that were good sized (or even large), and enough bathrooms that we never had a problem with 9 women staying together for the weekend.
