Noise in middle of night. Security needed to be called, guests thrown out, police needing to be called. Will be reaching out to management for refund as we had a 2 bedroom suite while attending to my daughter in hospital. As out of state guests we did not get any rest and choose not to extend our stay there while dealing with our family emergency.

I would definitely stay here again. The front clerk, she wasn’t too pleasant, but that didn’t ruin our stay. Great breakfast!

Not impressed. Not typical of Wyndham properties. All front desk staff were rude. The door had huge gaps and so all noise came through. I forgot a toothbrush and although I paid $100 for the room, I had to BUY a $2 toothbrush. The blankets were threadbare but they didn’t have extra for us.

I normally love to stay in La Quinta's. This one seemed very run down and was not very clean. The commons area seats were filthy, edges of the room, baseboards, etc dirty and like they just get quick wiped but hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Staff was awesome. Check in was great. Location was great. Price was great. Sheets had a few stains on them. They were clean- just older. Not the normal feel of the other La Quintas that I have stayed in.

We had booked the king suite with a jacuzzi tub. We arrived very late, and were checked into a room that had not been cleaned. The windows were wide open in freezing temperatures. The towels had dirt and dust on them; the sheets had bloodstains, and what looked like a large booger smeared on it; the jacuzzi tub was full of grime, and had gobs of hair in it; the shower head came off the wall while in use, and hit my partner in the head when it fell. We reported this to the night clerk, whose solution was to transfer us to the room across the hall in the morning. We took this option, and requested that housekeeping go in a do a thorough cleaning before moving us. This was confirmed TWICE with the morning clerk, as well as the night clerk. When we switched rooms, the bed and towels were clean, but there was still dirt on the floor from ongoing construction, and the jacuzzi tub had hair and dirt in it. On our way out around noon, we asked at the front desk AGAIN that someone be sent in to clean it, and we would follow-up again when we returned to the hotel that evening. The tub was never cleaned, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Beyond these issues, the hotel was under construction, with no notice to guests prior to check-in. There was dirt and debris tracked all throughout the hallways on the 3rd floor. The front desk staff was friendly, but ultimately unhelpful. No solution or compensation was provided, and we will not be staying here in the future.
