"This property had everything we needed! I went with a group of 12 people and we were all accommodated comfortably. The host was very gracious and a timely communicator. Went up for a Ducks game, short drive (5-8 minutes) to downtown and campus. Grocery store nearby for everything we needed, restaurants, and Spencer’s butte park for great hiking. 10/10 stay, highly recommend for large groups!"

Nice bowls and serving platters for Thanksgiving dinner. Appreciated the propane grill. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Large living room. Nice porch with view overlooking Eugene. Short drive to downtown and campus. Host was very responsive."

The location was excellent for biking and swimming at the River Road pool and attending Oregon Festival of American Music at The Shedd, downtown. "The owner was great. Communication was quick and easy. Master bed and bedroom is spacious with nice bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a total of three twin beds. The office has a blow-up queen bed which wasn’t what we expected. The futon is nice in the living room but the other couch is in rough shape."
