"This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. Itā€™s in a good location to see the airforce museum and itā€™s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again."

"Impressed in every way with this property. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with supplies, and very clean. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Location was central to many attractions. Outside areas were absolutely perfect for having morning coffee, drinks, and grilling out. Movie room was great for kids who had a ball. Highly recommend!"

"Driving down the street was worried property wouldnt be all that it showed. Have had that happen before. But once we walked thru the front door our minds was set at ease. The place was very clean, more well equipped than i imagined it would be, and the beds and furniture so very comfy!! The hot tub was very relaxing! We didnt venture out other than the event we went down there for the place was so relaxing! One of the best experiences ever. The kids wanted to stay longer but i had to come back...
