"The property is clean and well stocked with things to feel at home. Not to mention it’s only a 2 minutes walk to sovereign hill. The property is close to the city centre and most attractions. We will return again to stay when visiting ballarat."

"This was wonderfully suitable for our family of 16 (3 generations) to gather. Enough room to be together (in the living/dining area or outside) and plenty of space for smaller groups or individuals to have some quiet time. I was impressed that there was plenty of crockery and the BBQ and picnic boxes were great. We loved the personal touches - sheet music, books, paintings etc, and the seasonal decorations. I can't recommend highly enough!"
