"We absolutely loved staying at the farm. Check in was a breeze; simply uncomplicated. The house was clean and spacious. The property was beautiful and oh so relaxing. The kids got to watch the horses, explore the orchard and vineyards and had lots of fun canoeing. David was responsive and super accommodating. We hope to come back again! "

"Richard and all of his family and staff helped coordinate things for months to allow my husband and I to have the best wedding! We had family and friends stay at the house with us and Richard allowed us to visit the property a few times before our stay to walk the property and allow our tent rental property to find the best spot for our tent. "We stayed at this property for two nights while traveling on our summer vacation. The property was lovely with the flowers and was clean. But my two major issues are: 1: the property was listed as a 4 bedroom, but only had three. There was a sofa bed in the living room (which we had to use), but there were no sheets for the sofa bed, except a flat sheet and we found an extra blanket. 2:the second major issue was the gps directions. "This cozy Spring House Cottage was the perfect romantic getaway for me and my wife. The cottage was quaint, rustic, very comfortable and very easy to find. We were visiting friends nearby and wanted a local hopping off spot to visit the Brandywine River Museum. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. A delightful find !"
