"I would have given a higher rating if it wasn’t for the terrible internet service. In 2025 having poor WiFi is just not acceptable. Aside from this, the hotel is great. The location is right inside the palace a few steps from the cathedral, temples of Jupiter, cellars. Everything about the location is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and provided very good recommendations. The room itself was on the small side but this is normal for the location. "
