"A very basic standard of accommodation, the beds weren’t very comfortable, the TV was tiny and only Freeview channels available. The outside area was like a junk yard and parking was tricky in terms of getting back out on to the road. No communication prior to our stay so we had no idea of the check in process. Ok for a 2 night stay but won’t be returning."

"Spent just 2 nights at cottage but we enjoyed it very much. Very warm and cosy. Slight problem that instructions I was sent stated that key safe is to the left of the front door. In fact it is through a door to the right of the front door! We managed but glad it wasn’t in the dark."

"The property was excellent and near the harbour so in easy reach of everything. With really nice pubs, restaurants and takeaways we were spoilt for choice for food. Bonus was the kippers at the other end of the road. Will definitely look to stay at the property again. Loved the property, situation and the surrounding area."

"The cottage is spacious, clean very nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. It was warm, comfortable and very peaceful. Liz, the owner, is pleasant and helpful. A welcome basket of goodies was left for me, along with milk in the fridge - very thoughtful. It was one of the nicest holiday rentals that I've stayed in.I would have loved to stay longer and would certainly think about going back there."
